There are literally millions of leadershits out there, the old saying about never being more than 6’ from a rat, is also applicable here. Despite this, there is very little research/literature that faces into this fact. Until now.

‘Leadershits’ is a celebration of the lessons we can all take from the bad leadership experiences we go though. It’s meant to be a cathartic acknowledgement that you aren’t alone during these experiences; others have been and will continue to go through it. You do, and will, come out the other side.

Nor are we ‘chucking muck’; far from it, putting it frankly, there is a little shit in all of us.

Headway is a charity close to our hearts. Over our short-time in business, we’ve had various trials and tribulations (just ask Karen about privacy on a Virgin Pendolino!), but none more so than that faced by Sonia, who was involved in an accident whilst out riding her horse in 2013.

Headway have supported Sonia and her family through some incredibly tough times and as a tiny thank you and show of our collective gratitude and enormous respect, 100% of the profits received from sales of the book will be channelled into the North Staffordshire branch of Headway.
